The Darwin Baby Ape has earned widespread acclaim since its release. In response to valuable feedback from pilots, DarwinFPV has developed an improved FPV drone the BabyApe Pro V2. This upgraded version boasts several enhancements, starting with the use of aluminum alloy standoffs in place of nylon standoffs. This change significantly increases the frame’s strength and stability. Additionally, we have included a receiver fixing bracket and upgraded the arms from four individual 2.5mm thick arms to two integrated 3.0mm thick arms. As a result, disassembly is simpler and the drone is more robust and long-lasting. Furthermore, the V2 version requires only four screws for assembly, and the arms can easily be replaced with just two screws, eliminating the need to remove the entire drone.
