Update your JR module to the latest revision.

This unit contains the wifi module needed for CRSF communication with other devices and the TBS Cloud. It ships with the Wifi in “sleep” mode. To activate the wifi, connect to the access point, point your browser to 192.168.4.1 and follow the information on the screen to flash the latest wifi firmware to it.
